Returns and refunds

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Email us or use live chat to start a return and we'll send you the return address.

Sink grids: doesn't fit? Full refund.

If a sink grid doesn't fit your sink, send it back within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full item price. No restocking fee.

What to know

• You pay the return shipping.
• Please send items back in their original packaging, without damage.
• Your refund goes back to your original payment method once we receive and check the return, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
• Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
• A 25% restocking fee may apply on some returns. It never applies to a sink grid that doesn't fit.
